Hi guys, new recipe is update.I just get a right time to update my blog.Everday get new problem to solve but firstly every morning before do whatever your job just taking a few minute to take your breath and make sure you guys taking a breath behind a 🌲 tree .So what do you think you should try first before laughing me.
So here the recipe:
Ingredient:
Blended:
1) 1 inch tumeric
2) 3 chillies bird eyes(you can add more or less for the spicenes)
3) 1 shallot
Other ingredient:
1) 1 pack coconut milk
2) 200g salted fish bone
3) 1 🍍 pineapple slice triangle
4) Salt
5) Sugar
6) 1 lemongrass (punch a lemongrass)
How to cook method:
✓Firstly blended all the ingredient A with 2 cup of water
✓Put all blended ingredient into a pot and turn on the fire in mild stir well.waited until boiling slow the heat and put 1 pack of coconut milk and always stir because coconut milk easy to spoil.
✓Put salted fish bone and taste if already salt do not put to much of salt.Put 1 And half tablespoon of sugar.
✓Pult Pineapple into pot and stir well .wait until boiling and make sure to stir.After boiling is mean you dish is ready.
Tips:
Make sure soaked a salted fish bone at least an hour before cook to make the salted fish bone less salt.
