How to cook Taucu fried fish(Masak Taucu)














Hi guys today I will share a simple recipe for starter cooker.


Ingredient


  • 1  Shalloct(slice)
  • 2 clove   Garlic(slice and mince)
  • 1 inci Ginger
  • 3 green chillies (cut into two)
  • 3tbs cooking oil
  • 2 tbs Tumeric Powder
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Any brand Taucu(Taucu Opah)
  • Any type of fish
  • warm water
  • 1ts vinegar
  • p/s:Taucu is fermented soy bean has salted taste 

How to cook
  • Clean your fish and cutting into 4 pieces depend on your fish size.
  • spread evenly turmeric powder and just a little bit of salt.
  • Firstly heat up cooking oil and fried fish until change brown colour.
  •  place aside fish.Then heat up 3 tbs cooking oil.
  • saute shallot,garlic,ginger and chilies until fragrance and brown colour
  •  Put 1 cup of warm water and stir about 5 minutes and wait until boiling.
  • Taste first if not salty you can put more salt usually Taucu(soy bean fermented) is already has salt.Just put a little bit sugar to balance and vinegar is you like sour taste.
  • Lastly put fried fish and stir.wait about 2 minutes after boiling your dish is ready to eat.
