          Asalamulaikum dan salam sejahtera saya ucapkan.Entry ni bantu orang yang tersedu.kalau mak tersayang dunia akhirat saya selalu cakap kalau sedu maknaya nak makin besar(gemuk) hahaha.Tapi tak pe la janji sihat.Tips ni untuk budak-budak yang dah boleh dengar arahan sehinga ke orang dewasa.

            saya ada baca artikel yang sedu ni ada kaitan dengan sistem penafasan tapi saya tak ingat artikel tu katmana nanti saya letak referance dekat bawah dekat mana saya baca.Sedu menyebabkan pernafasan  kita jadi terhalang untuk betulkan balik kat bawah nanti saya ajarkan nanti teknik berkesan untuk saya.Tapi jika tak berkesan  untuk anda dapatkan nasihat doktor bertauliah.Teknik ini untuk baby tak boleh buat, macam saya cakap kat atas kanak-kanak yang boleh dengar arahan sehingga orang dewasa.



1.ok mula-mula tarik nafas dan tahan nafas, dan pada masa yang sama tutup hidung (picit) dan tutup mulut dalam berapa saat.kalau masih ada lagi ulang step yang sama 2 tiga kali.Bila dah biasa buat teknik ni nanti korang faham la.Setakat ni teknik berkesan la untuk saya.


oklah setakat tulah entry yang pendek ni kalau tak berjaya jangan marah tau nanti cepat tua hahaha.  entry khas untuk generasi sekarang mana suka baca penulisan yang panjang-panjang.

Chinese New Year Memory when school(Malaysia School)

           Hi guys, How your day? CNY(chinese New year) just around the corner.I think you guys excited about this seasonal.Have you guys receive a lot of orange from your Chinese friend or maybe some of you getting" Angpao". When I still in high school, we always celebrate any main seasonal occasion in Malaysia like We do "Open House when Hari Raya Aidilfitri".Making "Kolams" when Depavali "Kolam" is a form of drawing  using chalk to draw and inside of drawing we use colourful rice to decorate.We also has "Lion Dance" when Chinese New year.All that experience such a memorable, when Chinese New year my friend and teacher they bring a box of orange and distributed orange at assembly.

            Even though my Ex school not in urban area they so fair in term of holiday, Every  main occasion in my school everyone get 7 days holiday. 7 days on Hari Raya Adilfitri,Deepavali and Chinese New Year.The advantage "Sekolah Menengah Kebangsaan" we can celebrate and has difference race of friend ,is nothing mater in my school. I'm just sharing what I have experience in my school life.They be great thing when has multicultural in our school.On that day everyone are allowed to wear "Sari","Cheongsam", "Baju Kurung", "Baju Melayu","Dothi"and "changsan".Some Chinese friend wear "baju Melayu" borrow from Malay Boy and that Malay boy wear Chinese traditional costume.

                     I think in Malaysia all this occasion is familiar to every school in Malaysia.Everyone enjoy with every occasion and help each other to create and plan every event such as contribute some money and making traditional food to sharing each other.We also has difference race teacher in my school ,so is more easy and both teacher and student help each other to plan every event occur in school.I do not know how situation now in school, but I really hope all main this event still has in school because is such a cool experience.

                 My school also decorate some Chinese new year theme at stage that usually headmaster sitter.The main event of course has "lion dance" and give "Angpao" to "lion Dance" after that Chinese teacher and student distribute orange to every student on assembly.After assembly we sharing food that we bring from home at the class. Usually they bring carbonated drink and someone bring  a box of orange.

                   Yup....that a little piece of memory in high school.I think we should continuous this event at school.I think this event make my high school special compare to private school. Even though my school do not has great facility like private school but we still can enjoy and do some activity.You know what the best part until now PIBG fee for whole family still Rm30.So if you has any experience that interesting during Chinese New year just comment below.

5 tips when you travel to (Asean Country)

               Hi  Guys, how your life? holiday seasons just ended.January the first month of the year 2018 I think making your guys work harder or getting more happiness in your life.The most important the choice in your hand.If you want happy just hang out with your friend or gathering with your family.Sometimes gathering and get blessing with your family can make you more calm and laugh together about silly thing.I believe has one person in your family always making joke and do stupid thing.

                Alright so have you visit ASEAN Country such, Singapore ,Malaysia ,Thailand ,Philippine ,Indonesia,Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, and Cambodia,(Hopefully I not missing country in  ASEAN ha.ha.ha.like old folk memeory).Mostly all that country only has two weather condition Rain and summer for the whole of the year.Usually temperature around 20 Celsius- 40 Celsius and average around 30 Celsius on afternoon and 27 Celsius on late night.But has some place in hilly area and mountain peak can drop until 15 Celsius-17 Celsius.So Do not forget bring your sweater.Below I listed 5 tips when you travel in ASEAN country that you should do or bring.

1.Drink a lot of Mineral Water

                ASEAN country just only has 2 weather rainy and sunny.Make sure you guys always drink  a lot of mineral water.Sometimes maybe really, in hot season condition the temperature can reach until 34 Celsius but weather can change just change a few hour.You will be understand if you has visit in ASEAN country.I also just amazing with this weather. when I starting riding motorcycle a perfect  sunny condition but just a few kilometer I leave from my house suddenly heavy rain started. Can you imagine I just dress nicely suddenly heavy rain started,my raincoat also can not support ooo.

2.Bring Your sweater

         Bring your sweater but please do not bring sweater that has thick material like you guys wear in winter. Sometimes if you traveler using public transport like using train or bus ,the air conditioner a little bit cool.I think  has some of you ,15 Celsius is nothing, just a summer, yup so everything is depend on you.When you travel to hilly area especially to backpacker there has few places that a little bit cool.So just bring 2 sweater is enough.

3. 12 P.M.-3 P.M(In Malaysia time) the peak temperature when Bright 

            when 12 P.M-3 P.M on afternoon avoid do activity in open space area.Choose visit place has rooftop because on this time temperature sometimes  can be the peak hot on that day.This advice only for person that can not adapt with summer season.But still summer condition is the best I do not need to wear a layer of shirt.just a simple cotton t-shirt can bring  summer for the whole day. 

4.Using Grab/Uber is more cheaper than Taxi

           Using Grab/uber is more cheaper than taxi.If you want to saving your traveling use uber/Grab.Unless you are solo traveler some of ASEAN country such has Indonesia and Thailand they has Motorcycle taxi in Indonesia the company name "GOJEK" .If you guys traveler in group using Uber/Grab is more cheaper than using local taxi.If You using taxi make sure they use taxi meter.This just a piece from my experience.

5.Prepare Raincoat/umbrella

       Prepare raincoat/umbrella in your beg when travel in ASEAN country we can not predict weather.Sometimes this location bright but after you arrive your next location started raining already.Just be prepare we only has 2 condition weather so always prepare umbrella in your beg you can using when rain or hot weather.p/s:please la do not be stupid buying transparent umbrella not multipurpose.

Vietnam vs Uzbekistan who will win?

  Kehangatan perlawanan bola sepak diantara vietnam dan uzbekistan yang akan berlangsung pada 27/1/2018 pada pukul 4.00 ptg di astro 813.

                Kita dikkejutkan dengan satu sejarah baru, yang mana Malaysia dan vietnam Malaysia layak quarter final Afc Championship 2018.Namun begitu Malaysia kandas di quarter final dengan dikalahkan oleh (korea 2-1 Malaysia) walaupun Malaysia kalah usaha dan semangat juang pemain U23 haruslah kita puji kerana walaupun kalah corak permainan yang sebegini patut kita puji.Mereka masih berjuang walaupun kalah 1-0 pada minit masa pertama.

               Walaupun Malaysia kalah di quater final wakil tunggal asia tengara Vietnam perlawanan yang akan berlangsung lewat petang ini yang akan menentang Uzbekistan.Kedua-dua pihak mempunyai kehebatan sendiri dan stratergi yang baik jika lihat daripada perlawanan yang lepas.Masing -masing ada permain yang berbakat dan mempunyai skill bola yang bagus.

                 Vietnam walaupun sebuah negara yang kecil tetapi mempunyai pemain dan peminat yang berhati besar(which mean spirit and big heart is more important than your height).Pemain yang sentiasa selalu mencuba mencari peluaang untuk menyamai goal.walaupun group yang mereka lawan kebanyakan team yang kuat.kesunguhan dan keazaman yang tinggi permain vietnam patut dipuji.

                  Tambahan lagi jurulatih vietnam (park Hang Seo) juga harus dipuji kerana pandai merancang stratergi dan mengawal emosi permain agar bermain dengan tenang dan sehinga menang dengan pihak lawan yang kuat seperti mengalahkan Australia dan Iraq tiada siapa yang menyangka team yang dulu underdog dan kini layak ke final Afc chiompionship 2018.

                  Uzbezkistan salah satu pasukan yang layak ke final menentang.Pasukan uzbeskitan bukanlah asing kerana mereka merupakan pasukan yag kuat sama seperti negara asia tengah yang lain seperti Iraq dan Iran.tetapi dari tahun ke tahun pemain uzbezkistan generasi yang baru banyak peningkatan dan mereka juga berjaya menyingkirkan Japan dan menang ke quarter final.Record goal yang baik daripada team uzbeskistan ini tidak dapat kita nafikan.Namun begitu apapun Bola sepak adalah bulat apapun boleh terjadi dalam 90 minit waktu perlawanan.

                 Akhir kata semua article ini hanya pandangan daripada sisi yang kecil.Apapun yang terjadi pada perlawanan akhir nanti saya kita dapat melihat suatu perlawanan yang menarik.Jika Vietnam menang pada perlawanan akhir nanti mereka mencipta sejarah baru apabila negara asia tengara yang pertama menang AFC Championship.Saya pasti perlawanan akhir ini menjanjikan suatu perlawanan  menarik yang harus dionton.

               P/S:To Vietnam fans you guys awesome because always occupied china Stadium and give your high spirit to your spirit to your team.I Really hope a new history will make on final match.If your team win you guys will make ASEAN proud.

              P/S: To both team win or lose today we still be a good friend and I know Uzbekistan is strong team and has talented player that has high skill.Lastly good luck for both team and do your best to your country.
