How to cook (Ayam Masak Merah)/(Red chicken)?
Hi guys today I will share how to cook Ayam Masak Merah. For your information I still learn how to cook well and this dish is top 10 my easy recipe to starter cook.This recipe is for 1 kilogram chicken Hope you enjoy.😉😉
Ingredient
For saute:
Section A
2tbs vege oil/olive oil
1 shallots (dice cut)
1 stick cinnamon
3pcs cardamom
2pcs fruit mace
5pcs clove
For Blender:
Section B
1 shallots
3 tbs blender dry chillies
Other:
Section c
2 tbs sos chilies
2 tbs oyster sos
2 tbs ketchup
1 cup of water
salt and sugar
Must Do:Fried the chicken
Before fried stir first with 1/2 tbs salt and 1 tbs turmeric powder
1kg Chicken (cuting 16 pcs)
3 cup vege oil(any cooking oil)
Method:
1. Put 2 tbs vege oil .Saute section A ingredient until the shallots change to brown colour. make sure always stir the dish.
2.Put Section B ingredient and saute until the chilies gives look like burble and has sharp smell
tips:(if you sneezing that mean your chilies is ready)
3.Put Section c ingredient and stir cook until is ready.Put fried chicken when burble come out hat mean your dish is ready.
4.Enjoy your food
