How to cook Rice?

Hi guys today I want to share how to cook rice fluffy and nice to eat.  Firstly  I Want to discus about type of rice that always use in my family.

1.Jasmine Rice

Jasmine rice is affordable in my country and taste rice more sweet and milky.
If you use Jasmine rice Tips: 1 cup rice 2 cup of water

2.Brown Rice

Brown rice is suitable for diabetes patient and heart disease patient.If you on diet this type of rice is suitable for taking but in right portion because this type of rice has less gluten and has bland taste. So less cholesterol taken into your body.Brown rice is medium price. 

If use Brown Rice 1 cup rice 2 cup water



3. Basmathi Rice

Basmathi rice is suitable for making Briyani, chicken rice and also Nasi lemak because basmathi has long size and making you easy to full your stomach.The best thing Basmathi also less cholesterol  and suitable for heart disease.(p/s: just eating normal cooking basmathi for heart disease, if you eat want die fast eating every day briyani you feel the effect immediately.) .Basmathi rice also expensive price in my county.I just use Basmathi when we has event or special festival.

If use Basmathi rice 1 cup rice 1 cup water



Method to cooking rice

1. Using Rice cooker

-First of all remove the pot from rice cooker
-Put 1 cup jasmine rice and then  wash it with water.
-Remove Water slowly and block with your hand to make sure the rice is not get out from the rice pot
-then put 2 cup of water into pot using same cup that you use to put rice
-put back pot into rice cooker and turn on switch also make sure to touch power button
-usually rice cooker take  30 or 45 minutes to cook.
-How to know rice is cook depend on type of rice cooker some has ringing sound and the button change from "cook" to "warm".


2.Using stove

-use medium thick pot and make sure the pot has cover.
-Put 1 cup jasmine rice and then  wash it with water.
-Remove Water slowly and block with your hand to make sure the rice is not get out from the rice pot
-then put 2 cup of water into pot using same cup that you use to put rice
-Turn on stove, make sure the heat in medium and the bad news you must always stir the rice every 10 minutes to make sure the rice is not burn on bottom.
-Put the cover pot and every 10 minuter stir the rice.
-How to know rice is cook, taste rice and if rice is sticky and able to chew that mean your rice is ready.
